The Return process – Online Return/Exchange—You can return or exchange an item online at Ayurzones.com by following the below steps.

- Select the product that needs to be returned/exchanged

Need to return – Few points to remember
- Returns/exchange request need to be within 3 days of the delivery of product
- Please fill the returns form for easy processing of refunds
- All returned items must be unused and should be sealed and packed, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
- Shipping Charges shall be non-refundable.
- In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snap shot at +91-9771433567
- If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 24 hours after the return request is raised but before 72 hours of buying the products.
- Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
- Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
How do you return?
- Reverse pick up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.
- Self-ship: In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed INR 100 towards your shipping costs as a voucher which can be used for future purchase on our website. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt in our warehouse.

Refund options for you– The customer can choose to get their refund in the following ways:
