What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
There is no delivery charge for the first order from our website ” WWW.AYURZONES.COM”. Repeated order will be charged extra with the shipping fee of Rs. 150 for up to 200 km and Rs. 250 for above 200 km.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept all type of online payment like Debit card,Credit card, Pay pal, Net banking and UPI payments. We also accept Cash on Delivery (COD) ,Paytm,Tez and Google-pay mode of payment from our orders.

How long will delivery take?

The product is delivered to you in 3-5 workings days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once the order is made by the customer ,our verification team call the customer and they confirm the order ,name and the address. Once it is confirmed they submit the order which goes to the dispatch team who prepare the delivery and make it ready to transit.Once the order is dispatched ,the order tracking number is shared with the customer and they can also track their order online.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, You can print the invoice copy if you are making  the order online through online payment.Else the invoice will come to you in transit if it is Cash on delivery payment.
